Getting started

In the hurry, distraction, and noise of the modern world, few things are more difficult, or more rewarding, than developing a life of prayer. Prayer is simply the medium through which we communicate and commune with God.

We know it can be intimidating to get started with prayer, so we suggest to simply start with the Eden baseline practice, or begin to work through some of the prayer tools by 24-7 prayer.
